STEP 1: Purchase one of the following products and place it on your Automatic Delivery Rewards (ADR) for at least 90 days:
ageLOC Galvanic Face Spa, ageLOC Facial Gels,

ageLOC Dermatic Effects, ageLOC Transformation,
ageLOC Tru Face Essence Ultra, ageLOC LumiSpa, ageLOC Boost. AgeLOC Me does not need to be purchased on ADR.
STEP 1: Purchase ageLOC Vitality or ageLOC R2 and place it on your Automatic Delivery Rewards (ADR) for at least 90 days.

Purchase the ageLOC TR90 90 days program package and keep your order number or receipt.
STEP 2: Take an initial picture of your face or body before using the ageLOC products for the first time. Make sure the date of the photo is verified (e.g., photo date stamp or holding a copy of a newspaper with the date visible). STEP 4: Track your progress daily with the ageLOC Vitality tracker, ageLOC R2 Tracker, or the ageLOC TR90 website (TR90dailytracker.com). For the TR90 website, make sure to record your measurements, body fat percentage and weight.

 

STEP 5: For TR90 only, after following the TR90 program as directed for 90 days, take a final full body picture and make sure the date of the photo is verified (e.g., photo date stamp or holding a copy of a newspaper with the date visible). The picture must be in the same clothing, light and position as your initial picture.

 

ADDITIONAL GUIDELINES

 

• Guarantee applies only to ageLOC products.
• To redeem the guarantee, the ageLOC Galvanic Face Spa must be used with the ageLOC Facial Gels, the ageLOC Galvanic Body Spa must be used with the ageLOC Body Shaping Gel and ageLOC Dermatic Effects, ageLOC boost must be used with Boost activiting serum, ageLOC LumiSpa must be used with one of the ageLOC LumiSpa cleansers, and the ageLOC Me Skin Care must be used with the ageLOC Me Device. ageLOC Transformation and ageLOC Tru Face Essence Ultra can be used alone, and ageLOC Vitality or ageLOC R2 can be used alone.
• The ageLOC guarantee applies to the ageLOC Me Skin Care and ageLOC Transformation System used as a set, not to individual products from the system used alone. You may only receive a refund of ageLOC Me for 90 days’ worth of use, which will include the Device & Calibration Kit, along with two subsequent Custom Kits. You cannot be refunded for three Custom Kits while continuing the use of the device. 

• The ageLOC guarantee applies only to the ageLOC TR90 90 days program package, used as a package and not as individual TR90 products used alone.
• The ageLOC guarantee can only be redeemed once per ageLOC product per Distributor or customer ID.
• You must be able to verify that the ageLOC product in question was added to your Automatic Delivery auto ship for the 90 day period that you wish to target; except for the TR90 90 days program package for which one failure to show valid purchase receipt from a NuSkin Distributor or NuSkin will void the guarantee.
• The guarantee applies only to new purchases of the ageLOC Galvanic Face Spa and/or ageLOC Galvanic Body Spa and/or ageLOC LumiSpa and/or ageLOC Boost and/or ageLOC TR90 90 days program. You must verify that the Spa and/or ageLOC TR90 90 days program was purchased within one month of the 90 day period that you wish to target.
• If the refund is approved the ageLOC Me device, ageLOC Galvanic Face Spa, ageLOC LumiSpa, ageLOC Boost and/or Body Spa must be returned to NuSkin before receipt of refund.
• You must track your progress daily with the ageLOC Vitality tracker, ageLOC R2 Tracker or ageLOC TR90 website (TR90dailytracker.com) for 90 days. If you miss any days you will no longer qualify. For TR90 only, you must record your measurements, body fat percentage, and weight on at least day 1 and day 90.
• You must continue to use daily the products as directed as part of your daily
skin care regimen/program.
• The final picture must be taken as similar as possible to the initial picture.
• NuSkin reserves the right to determine eligibility for the refund based upon compliance with these guidelines and use of ageLOC products only as directed. Extreme changes in diet or lifestyle may be determined to interfere with product efficacy and could negate the guarantee.
• NuSkin reserves the right to determine eligibility for the refund based on
abuse of return policy.
• NuSkin reserves the right to back out or withhold commissions for violation
of NuSkin policy or manipulation of any guarantee to obtain refunds improperly.
• Nothing in this guarantee is intended to conflict with our normal product return policies AU l NZ which will be fully honoured but only one refund for any product purchase is allowed.
• NuSkin reserves the right to update terms conditions at anytime. If you meet the above criteria and you have failed to notice an improvement in your skin’s youthful appearance, and/or your youthful vitality and/or an improvement in your healthy weight management in regards to your measurements, body fat percentage and weight after 90 days, please submit the following for a refund of the ageLOC product in question (90 day supply, less shipping cost):
• Before and after pictures
• Proof of purchase
• Your printed daily tracking pages
• Guaranteed Refund Request Form (refer to pg 2)
Your request will be reviewed. If no improvement can be validated, your money will be refunded within 2-4 weeks.
